Why we don't have an internet shop:
Many customers, or those who become one, do not yet know their way around or need advice. Since we attach great importance to advice and do not like to leave our customers alone with ignorance or their problems, we do not want you to fill your shopping cart and then possibly order the wrong goods. We want to avoid problems (on both sides) due to incorrect orders. (By avoiding returns, there is less impact on the environment.) There is already a lot to read here. In our manuals too. Much can still be explained in a friendly telephone conversation or by e-mail.
